We are looking for an experienced BP Solution Architect with strong expertise in end-to-end business process architecture, enterprise solution design, and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving architecture strategy, building proof of concepts, and aligning technical solutions with business goals.

Responsibilities:
Design and define end-to-end business process architectures and enterprise workflows
Develop technical solution designs aligned with business objectives
Build and demonstrate Proof of Concepts (POCs) for proposed solutions
Define architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices
Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive alignment and adoption
Evaluate trade-offs and ensure optimal solution decisions
Work closely with stakeholders to influence and drive solution adoption
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with TOGAF, BPMN, or similar architecture standards
Experience with Cloud, APIs, Microservices, or Digital Transformation initiatives
Experience evaluating BP, automation, or integration tools
Change management and adoption of new process frameworks
PostgreSQL data mapping and basic networking knowledge
Experience Required: 10+ years
