Management Analyst

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to join our team in Patuxent River, MD. This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at a government location.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Analyze cyber program requirements, status, budget, and schedules
• Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses
• Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams
• Track program/project status and schedules
• Development of project level cyber processes, standards, and procedures
• Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project cyber technical requirements and performance
• Travel up to 25% within the continental United States in support of customer needs

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience performing work related to cyber-related efforts

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs or related organizations
• Be familiar with the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) organization and operations
• Experience with collaborating across various aviation organizations

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen and have a current and active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
