Qualifications for the Business Development Manager:
  • A player with 5+ years of direct sales experience within the banking or financial services industry
  • Cross-border payment and FX collections knowledge and experience are a huge plus.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CTP, or similar.
  • Experience in the fintech sector or with cross-border payment and FX trading platforms.

  • Own the sales process from end to end
