Key Responsibilities:
- Agile AI Project Leadership: Guide a cross-functional agile team through all stages of AI product development, ensuring alignment with architectural goals and project requirements through effective Scrum practices.
- Technical Ownership: Lead the complete development lifecycle of AI initiatives, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and best practices, particularly within Azure Databricks and related technologies.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Inspire and develop your teams technical capabilities in AI/ML, with a focus on Azure platforms, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Resource Management: Effectively manage and coordinate resources across nearshore, offshore, and vendor teams to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to define objectives and ensure project deliverables align with business goals and priorities.
- Innovative AI Design: Develop technical strategies for AI solutions, including workflows for processing unstructured data and creating GPT-powered applications.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years in IT with 2+ years in AI/GenAI leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in AI/GenAI technologies, including LLM models, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Proficient in cloud-native AI solutions, with a focus on Azure services.
- Experience delivering AI solutions in an agile environment and familiarity with DevOps practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, including managing distributed teams.
- Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; additional certifications in AI/ML or cloud technologies are advantageous.
