Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior AI Innovation Analyst for an entry-to-early career role focused on exploring emerging artificial intelligence technologies and supporting early-stage AI initiatives. This position is ideal for a curious, creative thinker who is passionate about applying AI to real-world business challenges.

The role does not require deep technical engineering expertise. Instead, it emphasizes research, ideation, communication, and experimentation, working at the intersection of AI, data, and business teams to help turn innovative concepts into practical, testable solutions.

Responsibilities

Research and track trends in artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and emerging technologies.
Identify, generate, and document innovative AI use cases aligned with business objectives and operational efficiency.
Assist in evaluating AI platforms, tools, and vendors for potential adoption.
Support proof-of-concept (POC) development and pilot initiatives for AI-driven solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business ideas into testable and experiential AI concepts.
Help define problem statements, success metrics, and expected outcomes for AI initiatives.
Create clear, concise written and visual summaries of AI concepts for business and leadership stakeholders.
Participate in ideation sessions, brainstorming workshops, and innovation forums.
Maintain a centralized catalog of AI ideas, experiments, and innovation opportunities.
Assist in tracking outcomes, measuring impact, and documenting lessons learned from AI pilots.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital innovation.
Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate ideas and feasibility.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, clear terms.
Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn and experiment.
Basic understanding of AI concepts such as machine learning, generative AI, and automation.
Strong writing, documentation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI, or similar technologies.
Familiarity with data, analytics, or visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Experience with design thinking, innovation labs, hackathons, or ideation frameworks.
Internship or project experience involving AI, analytics, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives.
