Mainframe Lead

GoAhead Solutions has a great opportunity for a Mainframe Lead in Atalanta, GA. This would be a Six to Twelve contract to start out. This position would be an onsite position.

Job Description & Experience:
-Design, develop, test, and implement COBOL-based programs for banking applications.
-Perform analysis and debugging of existing COBOL programs to address production issues or enhance functionality.
-Write and maintain efficient JCL scripts to execute batch jobs and workflows.
-Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and DB2 database procedures to support application logic and reporting.
-Participate in code reviews, system integration testing, and performance tuning.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA etc.
-Must have Banking experience within recent projects.
