Competitive Compensation: Strong base salary (DOE) 401(k) Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Paid Time Off Company-Provided Equipment High-Visibility Leadership Role reporting directly to Director of IT Modern Tech Stack: Vercel, Next.js, Strapi, React On-Site Leadership Environment (5 days/week in Hickory, KY) Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties: Serve as Product Owner for the company's web platform Develop and execute long-term website strategy and roadmap Translate marketing and business objectives into a prioritized technical backlog Lead and mentor cross-functional web team (frontend, backend, UX/UI, QA) Drive technical on-page SEO strategy and implementation Optimize site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, site speed, and mobile performance Analyze GA4 and social platform data to guide strategic decisions and demonstrate ROI Oversee Agile/Scrum workflows and manage project pipeline delivery Establish and enforce code quality, deployment, and maintenance standards Enhance CI/CD pipeline tools to improve deployment efficiency You should have most of the following: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field (or 7+ years equivalent experience) Minimum 7+ years of experience developing, designing, administering, and implementing websites Strong background in website management and technical SEO best practices Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum environments Strong experience using analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, social pixels, etc.) to drive data-based decisions Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional web teams Proficiency in scripting languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP (and related web technologies) Proven ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions Interested in hearing more?
