Years of Experience Required 8+ Years Client Interview Needed for Selection (Yes / No) Yes Detailed JD (Pl share the Detailed Description, 1 liner JD will not work) Job Summary: About the Role We are seeking an on-site Business Systems Analyst to support a multi-phase Precious Metals transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into scalable solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite, with strong functional knowledge across Finance (GL/AP/AR/FA), Order Management, and Purchasing. Key Responsibilities Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations stakeholders to gather, validate, and document requirements (BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories). Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes for Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory with an emphasis on precious metals handling, controls, and reporting. Create functional designs and collaborate with Oracle EBS technical teams on configurations, extensions, integrations, and reports. Lead UAT planning and execution (test scripts, defect triage, sign-offs). Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization. Drive master data, controls, and audit-readiness relevant to precious metals tracking/valuation. Produce documentation: configuration guides, SOPs, training materials; conduct user training and knowledge transfer. Coordinate across IT, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance; ensure traceability from requirements to release. Required Qualifications 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant with Oracle EBS. Hands-on functional expertise in Finance (GL/AP/AR/FA), Order Management, and Purchasing. Experience in manufacturing or commodities; knowledge of precious metals workflows (valuation, costing, compliance) is a strong plus. Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping (BPMN or similar), and writing functional specs. Proven experience with UAT, release management, and production support. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and on-site collaboration. Nice-to-Have Exposure to Inventory, Cost Management, iSupplier, iProcurement, or EBS R12 upgrades. Experience with integrations (e.g., EDI, reporting tools, data migration). Familiarity with Agile delivery (Jira/Azure DevOps), user story writing, and backlog grooming.
