To be considered, all proposed consultants must meet the following mandatory requirements: A four-year degree from an accredited school in Computer Science, Information Technology, or like field. Seven (7) years or more of direct and specific experience creating applications in multiple programming languages Five (5) years or more of direct database design and administration. Five (5) years or more of experience with application and database security, privacy, and compliance decisions.
