: IT Project Manager IV Oil & Gas
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay Rate: $75/hr
Schedule: Full-time On-site Contract
Central Texas Recruiting is seeking an IT Project Manager IV with extensive experience leading IT infrastructure, cloud, and data platform projects in the oil & gas sector. The role requires expertise in multi-cloud environments, enterprise IT infrastructure, and project leadership across complex programs. Candidates must bring a proven track record in planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects that support field and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate large, complex IT projects within oil & gas environments
Plan and manage project lifecycles, including scope, risks, milestones, and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software development, infrastructure, and cloud initiatives
Measure and report project performance to leadership
Support change management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
Guide teams and stakeholders on technical best practices and project execution
Improve processes, applications, or services through innovative IT solutions
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
10+ years IT project management experience; Oil & Gas experience required
Proven experience managing multi-cloud infrastructure, corporate and field networks, and enterprise data platforms
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
PMP or similar project management certification preferred
Experience with modern IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise analytics platforms
