Chief Engineer / Maintenance Manager Beaufort, SC
Regional Engineer Miami, FL
Were looking for hands-on engineering leaders with experience in commercial laundry, industrial manufacturing, or large production environments who can lead technical operations in a fast-paced facility.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily maintenance, repair, and reliability of industrial textile and manufacturing equipment
Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled maintenance team
Manage spare parts inventory to maintain cost-effective operations
Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Install, repair, and maintain machinery, boilers, and water systems
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues including 3-phase, 230V systems
Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently
Qualifications
5+ years of maintenance or engineering leadership in industrial manufacturing
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
PLC programming experience is a strong plus
Experience with welding, fabrication, plumbing, carpentry, and facility maintenance
Strong leadership and communication skills
Education & Certifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
Boiler license, technical certifications, or PLC training may be required depending on location
