Position: DevOps Engineer II Position Duties: Design & Implementation 70% Design and implementation of the companys internal build and release management system. o Mainly aim at putting in place new processes to improve the current architecture of the continuous integration and continuous delivery systems in order to keep up with new requirements of the SaaS transition. Security 20% Automation of the security penetration testing process as well as continuously working with the development team senior leadership on patching security vulnerabilities as soon as they are detected to make sure COGNIRAs SaaS product and infrastructure meet the required security standards. Technical Support 5% Technical support of the production systems to provide coverage during U.S working hours. Assisting the development teams located at the Atlanta office with DevOps related matters and requests. Non-technical 5% Hiring & team growth. o Assist with technical knowledge in interviews of DevOps candidates for both full-time positions and internships. Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or related and 24 months of experience as a DevOps Engineer or related Special Requirements: 2 years of experience working with (1) Kubernetes, Prometheus & Grafana, NGINX, Elastic Stack (OpenSearch), SonarCloud, OWASP ZAP, WIZ, Vanta, and Cassandra (Deep understanding of managing distributed NoSQL databases), and (2) Terraform, ArgoCD, PostgreSQL, and Azure Databricks (Exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms and data pipeline integration).
