Salary: $87,934 - $140,000Lead a dynamic team of software and hardware engineers integrating safety critical systems into Navy aircraft.Essential Job Functions:Work independently on smaller projects while directing the efforts of larger teams on multiple simultaneous projects integrating safety critical systems into Navy aircraft.Required Skills:Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline plus 8 years of experience is required. Active Secret clearance. At least 3 years of experience integrating avionics systems into DoD aircraft, preferably USN.Familiarity with NAVAIR systems engineering processes.Desired Skills:Master's Degree in any engineering discipline.Experience with NAVAIR systems engineering technical review processes.
