Job Description
Requirements: Bachelors in Geomatics Engineering or related. 5 years GIS experience, to include some solid experience with each of the following: web GIS architectures, deployment of distributed geospatial services; Esri technologies, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal, Server, Datastore); prototyping, deploying spatial web applications & dashboards using ArcGIS Web AppBuilder and ArcGIS Dashboards, including HTML & CSS customization; spatial databases, including relational systems (PostgreSQL, PostGIS) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB); Python, with emphasis on geospatial libraries; ETL workflows for high-volume spatial data pipelines; Open Geospatial Consortium standards; containerizing environments using Docker; Git Technologies (GitLab), CI/CD pipelines. In depth knowledge of: spatial statistics and geostatistics (Kriging, spatial autocorrelation, hot spot analysis); remote sensing data and techniques (satellite imagery, LiDAR).
