Job Description
Develop data-driven frameworks to measure the effectiveness of training programs, leadership development, and cultural initiatives for the Companys consumer based online e-commerce and shopping advice platform business using Google Workspace, SQL and Python; Design and lead organizational development initiatives that improve employee performance, engagement, and retention; Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Editorial departments to align organizational growth with companys business objectives; Use analytics to identify gaps in skills, processes, or organizational design and propose targeted interventions for the Companys consumer based online e-commerce and shopping advice platform business; Gather, organize and analyze information about the organization problems etc.
12 months of experience in consumer based online e-commerce and shopping advice platform business and using Google Workspace and SQL
Masters degree in Business Administration or Analytics or related
