Operations Management AnalystDenver, CO (Fully remote option available)6 Months (Possible extension or possible conversion to full-time)
Hours: Part-time 20 hours/week (preferred schedule Mon/Wed/Fri)About the Role - Provide day-to-day operations and administrative support to the department.
- Coordinate budget preparation; research and collect input from multiple resources.
- Review monthly department budget reports; maintain expense controls and prepare variance commentary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic inquiries from internal and external clients.
- Track department processes and procedures to identify opportunities for service delivery improvement.
- Compile operating, financial, and statistical reports; gather information for project updates and fiscal plans.
- Assist with developing project plans and costs (including personnel and fiscal requirements).
- Apply standard principles with limited practical experience.
- Lead by example and model Client RISE values.
- Work within standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
Work Environment - Minimal training in specific tools; candidate must be able to hit the ground running.

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics models to visualize KPIs and trends.
- Analyze operational metrics including capacity utilization, resource allocation, and project efficiency.
- Support ad hoc analysis and executive reporting needs in a fast-moving environment.
- Develop benchmarking models and forecasting scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data sources, improve data quality, and streamline reporting.
Licenses/Certifications - Any applicable certifications are highly preferred.

Requirements - Experience: 3 5 years.
- Education: Bachelor s degree highly preferred; applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
