The Enrollment Support Analyst, reporting to the Associate Registrar for Policies and Operations, plays a critical role in managing and maintaining the University Registrar's Office (URO) enrollment systems at UNC Greensboro. Serving as the lead analyst for the Student module (Banner), this position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and functionality of key academic systems, including Banner and Degree Works.Key responsibilities include analyzing and testing system updates, implementing changes, creating and maintaining documentation, conducting research, and performing data analysis. The role requires close collaboration with the University Registrar's Office staff, campus advisors, faculty, academic support teams, and Information Technology Services (ITS) to ensure student academic records are accurate, consistent, and aligned across all systems and procedures.This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex system processes into clear, effective practices that support the University's academic mission.
