Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the general direction of the Clinical Manager/Director, the OR Clinical Systems Analystis responsible forassistingthe OR staff in theoptimaluse ofthe computersystem applications. This position is the liaison with the Division ITS Department and ensures the coordination of the integration of OR systems with internal and external systems, as well as a liaison to other hospital departments including, but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain, Admitting, Infection Control, Risk Management, IT&S, and HIMS.

What you will do in this role:

• Responsible for ensuring data integrity through periodic audits and reviewing/revising policies/procedures in the use of supplied system software.
• Performs any otherjob-relatedduties as requested by the Clinical Manager or Department Director.
• Other responsibilities include charge reconciliation and Meditech lead.
• Accountable for identification of risks,hazardsand mitigation efforts of unsafe practices.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current Missouri RN License or Multistate RN License from a participating compact state required.
• Clinical experience preferred
• 5yearsof Operating Room experience preferred
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Graduate from a school of Nursing,Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Informatics; or aminimum of 2years experienceimplementing or Managing OR scheduling/documentationcomputerskills.
• Previouscirculator or nurse educator in the OR with aminimum5 years of recent experience.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
