- Lead product design efforts within the Women's Health domain
- Design end-to-end digital experiences for new and existing healthcare products
- Clearly communicate UX strategy, design rationale, and complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
- Promote design consistency and cohesion across the digital ecosystem
- Collaborate cross-functionally with research, service design, content, engineering, analytics, and product teams
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to align on concepts, requirements, and delivery
- Manage scope, dependencies, risks, and timelines for complex initiatives
- Coach and mentor designers through feedback, critique, and guidance
- Advocate for customer needs and inclusive design standards across desktop, responsive web, and mobile platforms
- 5+ years of experience in UX design or product design
