Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce & Agentforce Technology Analyst to support advisor-facing and client service platforms by translating business needs into technical deliverables. This role plays a key part in coordinating releases, supporting production stability, and ensuring effective collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
The ideal candidate brings strong technology business analysis experience, working knowledge of Salesforce-based workflows, and the ability to operate effectively in regulated financial services environments.
Onboarding Requirement
Due to additional onboarding requirements, a mandatory meet-and-greet is required prior to assignment start.
Candidates must be willing to visit the nearest designated office or onsite location as directed
If the candidate is not local, travel will be covered
If travel is arranged and the candidate later declines the offer, associated costs will be the responsibility of the vendor
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Analysis
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, process flows, and user stories
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical deliverables
Delivery & Release Support
Partner with Salesforce developers and QA teams to support solution delivery and testing readiness
Support release planning, change management, and deployment coordination
Production Support
Monitor production incidents and triage issues
Coordinate root-cause analysis, remediation efforts, and follow-ups
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Maintain SOPs, configuration documentation, and knowledge artifacts
Ensure documentation is accurate and kept up to date
Stakeholder Communication
Support stakeholder communications related to releases, changes, and issue resolution
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technology or business analysis roles
Working knowledge of Salesforce platforms and agent/advisor-facing workflows
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
Experience in financial services or insurance environments preferred
Familiarity with compliance and regulated operational processes
