Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in retail banking and payment systems and hands-on exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of banking and payment-related initiatives through effective requirements management and solution alignment.

The ideal candidate brings a mix of domain expertise, technical understanding, and strong communication skills in a regulated financial services environment.

Onboarding Requirement

Due to additional onboarding requirements, a mandatory meet-and-greet is required prior to assignment start.

Candidates must be willing to visit the nearest designated office or onsite location as directed

If the candidate is not local, travel will be covered

If travel is arranged and the candidate later declines the offer, associated costs will be the responsibility of the vendor

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements related to retail banking and payment processes

Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications

Backlog & Delivery Support

Maintain and refine user stories and acceptance criteria

Support backlog prioritization and refinement using Agile tools

Solution Design & Process Optimization

Support solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including Finance, Customer Service, and Payments

Analyze current workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements aligned with industry best practices

Integration & Data Management

Support integrations between Dynamics 365, core banking platforms, payment gateways, and third-party systems

Assist with data migration, validation, and reporting activities

Testing & Quality Assurance

Develop test cases and coordinate unit testing and UAT

Ensure delivered solutions meet functional, regulatory, and quality standards

Documentation & Training

Prepare user guides, process documentation, and training materials

Deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions for end users

Compliance & Security

Ensure adherence to banking regulations, data privacy policies, and PCI-DSS standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within retail banking or payments

3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and/or Customer Engagement)

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of banking operations, payment systems, and card processing

Familiarity with Azure DevOps, API integrations, SQL, and data migration concepts

Soft Skills

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira

Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT, and ACH payment standards

Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365
