Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead product strategy, backlog management, and delivery execution for high-impact initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure product outcomes align with business objectives and customer needs.
The ideal candidate brings strong Agile expertise, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven mindset to guide product development from vision through delivery.
Onboarding Requirement
Due to additional onboarding requirements, a mandatory meet-and-greet is required for all new hires prior to assignment start.
Candidates must be willing to visit the nearest designated office or onsite location to meet with a project team representative
If the candidate is not local, travel will be covered
If travel is arranged and the candidate later declines the offer, associated costs will be the responsibility of the vendor
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs
Backlog Ownership
Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog
Ensure user stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria
Sprint & Release Planning
Lead sprint planning sessions and define sprint goals
Coordinate release planning with cross-functional teams
Stakeholder Engagement
Engage regularly with stakeholders including business leaders, customers, UX, and engineering teams
Gather feedback, align priorities, and ensure timely delivery
Value Measurement & Reporting
Define KPIs and success metrics
Measure feature performance and adapt the roadmap based on analytics and customer feedback
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between UX, engineering, QA, marketing, and operations teams
Ensure smooth execution across all phases of delivery
Risk & Issue Management
Identify risks and delivery impediments early
Drive resolution while balancing stakeholder expectations and delivery capacity

Strong experience with Agile methodologies
Expertise in backlog management, user story creation, sprint planning, and release management
