Overall 8+ year of experience with minimum 2+ years as Tech Lead
Experience in design and development of windows applications using VC++ and MFC

Experience working on Visual Studio 2008/2010/2012/2013

Experience working on third party components
Experience in database design using any RDBMS (SQLLite is preferable)

Experience in estimation techniques
