Job Description
The Technical Analyst acts as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. This role analyzes systems, applications, and data to support decision-making, improve processes, and ensure effective implementation of technology solutions. The Technical Analyst collaborates closely with developers, business stakeholders, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Evaluate existing systems, applications, and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Support system design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure solutions meet requirements. Perform data analysis to support system performance, reporting, and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain documentation (requirements, workflows, system diagrams Assist with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate technical solutions. Monitor system issues, analyze root causes, and recommend fixes or enhancements. Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a technical analyst, systems analyst, or similar role. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC Experience working with technical documentation and requirements gathering. Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages. Familiarity with databases, APIs, and system integrations. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
