Job Information: Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (SaleCloud/Data Cloud)Description: We are hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry Candidates MUST have strong Sales Cloud experience, hold active Salesforce Certifications - and at least 3-5+ years' experience in the Salesforce platform Primary objectives/responsibilities: Management of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce Developing a Salesforce strategy Analysis, planning , administration , configuration Activating Agentforce - including; data validation, field definition, building pipeline management and structures Sales Cloud projects including; campaign management, lead attribution, activating cadences Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer.
