Position Type: Contract
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) on W2
Attention to detail spotting gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases in requirements.
Technical proficiency working knowledge of SQL, APIs, databases, and integrations.
Requirements management documenting clear, testable, and prioritized requirements.
Strong communication skills translating technical concepts into business language (and vice versa).
Active listening understanding real business needs beyond stated requests.
Analytical mindset ability to break down complex problems logically.
Collaboration working closely with developers, testers, and product owners.
Curiosity & continuous learning keeping up with tools, tech, and industry trends.
