Job Description

Analyze, manipulate, and process large and diverse datasets, including historical sales records, pricing information, customer purchasing behaviors, inventory movement, and marketing campaign results. Apply feature selection algorithms to build predictive models that forecast key business outcomes, including product sales trends across distribution channels, customer churn in specific market segments, and the financial impact of promotional campaigns, thereby guiding decisions in product development and pricing strategies. Apply appropriate sampling techniques to design and execute targeted surveys of retailers, customers, and distributors to better understand emerging trends in beauty supply demand, shifts in consumer preferences, and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Clean, validate, and transform raw data from multiple internal and external sources, such as e-commerce platforms and point-of-sale systems. Compare predictive and classification models using statistical performance metrics, including loss functions, accuracy measures, and proportion of explained variance, to determine the most effective approaches for forecasting demand, optimizing inventory levels, and enhancing product lifecycle management.
