Job Description

We are hiring Customer Communication & Digital Records Support Specialists to assist with our remote operations. This role combines customer interaction with structured digital records support tasks. It is suitable for individuals who are dependable, detail-focused, and comfortable working from home in a process-driven environment.

As part of this role, you will communicate with customers through inbound phone calls and written messages. Your responsibilities include answering general questions, providing accurate information, and recording customer details properly in internal systems. Clear and professional communication is essential to maintain consistent service standards.

In addition to customer communication, you will manage digital records support tasks. These include entering information into internal databases, reviewing records for completeness, updating files as required, and maintaining organized digital documentation. These tasks require accuracy and consistency, as the information supports internal reporting and operational activities.

This remote position follows defined procedures and workflows. Training materials and step-by-step instructions will be provided during onboarding to guide your daily tasks. Although you will work independently, you will remain connected with supervisors through online collaboration tools for support and feedback.

Applicants must have a stable internet connection, a computer or laptop, and a quiet home workspace. Basic computer proficiency is required, including experience with email and web-based platforms. The ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks within deadlines is important.

Experience in customer service, data entry, or records support is an advantage but not mandatory. Entry-level applicants with a positive attitude and strong work ethic are welcome to apply. Ongoing guidance will be provided to help maintain quality standards.
