Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect / Functional Architect with deep expertise in Smart Buildings, Facilities Platforms, and Digital Transformation technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, integrating, and orchestrating enterprise-scale application systems that support business programs and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and define functional and technical architecture for application systems supporting smart buildings and facilities platforms
Understand how building systems are wired, integrated, and orchestrated across platforms
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to define scope, purpose, and system capabilities
Support change orchestration across integrated platforms to align with enterprise programs and agendas
Translate business requirements into high-level architectural designs and solution blueprints
Contribute to product design, development strategy, and delivery planning across projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect / Functional Architect / Technology Architect
Strong understanding of Smart Buildings and Facilities Management platforms
Experience with digital technologies, including:
Cloud Computing
Data & Analytics platforms
RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
Enterprise application platforms
Ability to define high-level application functionality and integration models
Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience with IoT-enabled building systems
Exposure to Big Data Analytics processes
Prior experience working in large enterprise or multi-vendor environments
