Detailed Job Description:
Experience with ITIL process, Change management, Incident handling.Monitor and Escalate Major
and Critical alerts for T1 Implementation based on runbooksPerform the initial investigation as per
runbook and escalate the incidents for cases which are beyond scope of runbook per the escalation
protocol

Minimum years of experience :
5-8 years

Certifications Needed: No
