As a Business Developer you will play a key role in driving new business growth for our client in the Denver, CO area. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, building lasting relationships, and provide staffing solutions that help businesses thrive. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by results.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries and markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and challenges
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, visits,
  • networking, and social media outreach.
  • Present our clients services and value proposition to decision-makers and HR Professionals
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and opportunities in the CRM system
  • Meet KPIs
  • Client Entertainment

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of industry experience within staffing
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by success
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
