Our Client is seeking a Transformation Leader, Software Development with a proven track record of driving organizational change, modernizing technology delivery, and implementing Agile at scale. Experienced in leading high-performing teams, managing complex enterprise initiatives, and serving as a trusted advisor or chief of staff to technology executives. Brings a broad understanding of various technical languages, frameworks, and cloud strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a transformation leader, executing modernization initiatives such as cloud migrations, Agile transformations, or enterprise process redesigns.
- Serve as a strategic chief of staff for technology leadershipoverseeing key initiatives, coordinating cross-team communication, and ensuring organizational readiness for change.
- Manage distributed and offshore teams, balancing time zones, workloads, and performance metrics to ensure cohesive global delivery.
- Encourage creative problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional software development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions.
- Drive Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) adoption across teams, promoting collaboration, transparency, and iterative delivery.
- Manage Scrum Masters and Agile delivery leads, ensuring consistent process adoption and measurable team outcomes.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and align technology efforts with strategic objectives.
Technical Environment:
- Background with broad exposure to software development and emerging cloud-native technologies.
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, automation, and Agile toolsets that support modern software delivery.
- Enterprise level experience
