Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Consultant SAP Technical/SAP Security to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level SAP security frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting secure SAP landscapes, integrating IAM and SSO systems, leading a team of security professionals, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
This role requires deep technical expertise in SAP authorization concepts, GRC tools, and role management, along with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor during security transformations.
Must-Have Skills
Strong expertise in SAP Security, Authorization Concepts, and Role/Profile Management.
Hands-on experience with GRC tools including Compliance Calibrator, Access Enforcer, and Firefighter.
Proficiency with PFCG, user administration, and SAP security toolsets.
Experience integrating SAP with IAM (Identity & Access Management) and SSO architectures.
Ability to mentor and lead SAP Security teams, manage workload, and coordinate with vendors and IT departments.
Detailed Responsibilities
Design and define SAP authorization frameworks and security roadmaps for large-scale SAP transformations.
Develop, implement, and manage roles, profiles, and user access controls using PFCG and related tools.
Manage integration of SAP systems with IAM/SSO solutions to ensure secure authentication and access.
Lead and mentor SAP Security team members; support performance, workload distribution, and best practices.
Collaborate with SAP teams, third-party vendors, IT Security, Infrastructure, and other internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and alignment with enterprise security standards.
Required Experience
10+ years of professional experience in SAP Security and SAP Technical roles.
Strong understanding of SAP GRC, security architecture, and compliance frameworks.
No mandatory certifications required.
