Job Description
We are seeking a Technology Lead with deep expertise in Customer Communication Management (CCM), specifically Quadient Inspire Suite and Ricoh ProcessDirector (RPD). The ideal candidate will architect, lead, and optimize end-to-end CCM solutions while managing delivery across onshore/offshore teams.
You will define architecture standards, oversee integrations, optimize workflows, and ensure scalability, compliance, and operational excellence across print and digital communication ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end CCM solutions using Quadient Inspire and RPD.
Define data models, template hierarchies, and governance frameworks.
Lead integrations with upstream applications, middleware, RPD workflows, and downstream print/mail services.
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, coding standards, and environment strategies.
Drive modernization and migration from legacy CCM platforms.
Optimize performance, stability, and cost for high-volume communication systems.
Collaborate with vendors for installation, configuration, licensing, and upgrades.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, accessibility, and brand standards.
Mentor development teams and conduct design/code reviews.
Required Skills
12+ years of experience in CCM.
5+ years hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire.
3+ years experience with Ricoh ProcessDirector (RPD).
Strong knowledge of RPD job orchestration, print stream management, and CCM integration.
Expertise in enterprise integration: Microservices, API Gateways, Kafka.
Cloud deployment experience (Azure / AWS).
Strong proficiency in DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, CI/CD, observability.
Experience with Quadient deployment models (Flex, Evolve) and RPD topologies.
Nice to Have
Experience with multi-brand CCM rollouts.
Greenfield CCM implementations.
Exposure to other CCM platforms.
