Required Qualifications: Salesforce Developer Skills: Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIExperience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, third-party applicationsSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.Proficiency in using Salesforce tools like Data Loader, Process Builder, Flow, etc.Data Analyst Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similarStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Experience with data visualization and reporting.Familiarity with data management and data governance principles.Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other business intelligence tools or data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, RedshiftFamiliarity with advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling or machine learning is a plus.Previous experience working in industry or sector is beneficial.
