Please include candidate's location and availability to be onsite with each submission.SAP Project ManagerJob Description/ ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and track of all production-related activities required to support successful deploymentsBesides the regular project management skills and expertise, should have an understanding of SAP and Tax engine, prior experience with tax upgradesImplementation planning and dependency analysis for both major and maintenance release cyclesIdentify risks, cross application dependencies and downstream impacts per releaseEstablish and communicate master release scheduleDesign and implement efficient procedures for the distribution and implementation of IT changes into productionFacilitate issue tracking and resolution of post go live activities where requiredManage scope and schedule of releasesCreation and communication of release status implementation scorecard and executive status reportingAssist in the prioritization of enhancements and changes into release packagesDevelop process for emergency and exception releasesParticipate in weekly Change Advisory Board meetingsConsolidate and publish Release Notes for each deploymentEnsure compliance with IT processes including proper documentation, reviews and approvals of related changesProvide timely escalation to IT Leadership where necessary/appropriateWhat are the top 3 skills required for this role?1. SAP Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP modules relevant to tax processes.2. Tax Engine Expertise: Familiarity with tax engines (like Sabrix, or OneSource)and integration with SAP.3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies/JIRA.
