Evaluate current processes and integrations on an ongoing basis to find opportunities for improvement and/or efficiency gains. Work with internal engineering team members on integrations with our various products and product usage data stores. Communicate with other Imprivata resources and with clients regarding status, issues, and creative solutions. Design solutions with the enterprise ecosystem in mind for scalable and efficient solutions. Develop and apply an understanding of the capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses of endpoint systems. Keep customers updated on timeframe expectations. Minimum Qualifications: Must have a Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in Software Developer, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or a substantially similar position. Required experience must include all of the following: using IPAAS tools; high-level understanding of Salesforce SOQL, platform events, JSON, XML concepts, REST/SOAP methods, SAML, OAuth, and SLA rate-limiting policies; and designing and presenting solutions to business users and executives. Or in the alternative a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in Software Developer, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or a substantially similar position. Required experience must include all of the following: using IPAAS tools; high-level understanding of Salesforce SOQL, platform events, JSON, XML concepts, REST/SOAP methods, SAML, OAuth, and SLA rate-limiting policies; and designing and presenting solutions to business users and executives.
