Job Description : Senior Software Quality Engineer Location: Texas Exp : 10-15 Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Software Quality Engineer to define and lead quality assurance strategy across complex software systems. This role requires deep expertise in test automation, quality processes, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure applications. Responsibilities Define and implement QA strategy, test frameworks, and quality standardsLead automated, manual, performance, and security testing effortsDrive quality across the SDLC usingShift-Left and Shift-Right testing practicesCollaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and product teamsDesign and maintain robusttest automation frameworksAnalyze test results and ensure defect prevention, not just detectionMentor QA engineers and provide technical leadershipEnsure compliance with regulatory and security standardsReport quality metrics and risks to senior leadership Required Skills Technical Skills Strong experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium)Programming skills inJava, Python, or JavaScriptAPI testing tools: Postman, RestAssuredPerformance testing tools:JMeter, LoadRunner, GatlingCI/CD integration: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CIExperience withcloud-based testing (AWS, Azure)Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices
