Job Description
We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Systems Analyst role.Performs moderately complex (journey-level) computer systems analysis work under general supervision, with limited latitude for independent judgment and initiative. Employees at this level may seek guidance for non-standard problems and assist in more complex tasks. Responsibilities: Assess user needs, define system scope, and document requirements to develop functional specifications for business system design. Design and develop programs and applications using object-oriented programming languages, client-server application development, multimedia, and Internet technologies. Required Skills: Evaluate and optimize new or existing procedures, information systems, or utility programs for efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct testing and diagnostics to ensure systems meet critical requirements. Perform related tasks as needed.
