Are you an experienced Training Manager?
Can you deliver fully trained Agents to our Sales Managers on a consistent 2-week cycle? This Training Manager role is for a focussed professional who will drive and develop new training modules and standardise our existing program basis. This is a chance to leave behind red tape restrictions and thrive on a platform to apply your skills. You will be training experienced and non – experienced staff to sell natural health products to the over 50’s, predominately, we pride ourselves on a professional, empathetic, reliable sales service structured by quality assurance.
Working independently, you will be responsible for the Onboarding process and for creating flexible learning modules to fully potentialise all new starters. You will have seen it all and worked out how to get the best out of people … your no-nonsense knowledge and experience will raise our training programme and our business to the next level.
Requirements of Training Manager
• At least two years of management experience within a fast-moving, B2C business environment.
• Demonstrable experience in managing and training small teams of Sales Agents.
• Success stories relating to training within a classroom environment, this is a key part of the role.
• Experience using PowerPoint and Excel for engaging data-driven presentations.
