Additionally, fully capable to explain machine options and operate TRUMPF TruLaser's Independently organize and conduct persuasive customer demonstrations and industry trade shows Evaluate customer parts and create programs to effectively demonstrate TruLaser. Recognize any necessary part design changes, and consult customers on modifications to define creative solutions for customer parts Generate customer time estimates, provide recommendations for product selection and produce sample parts Consult customers on programing issues for existing and potential customers Conduct operator training, and on-site applications support for customers Travel to customer sites to support with challenging sales or production processes (Travel time 20-30%) Help new customers with the startup phase to smoothly go to production phase Experience Previous experience in the machine tool industry preferably in the Sales, Service areas. TRUMPF product knowledge preferred. Excellent communication skills are required as this position involves extensive contact with customers.
