What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred. 3+ years of experience in power generation project development within Latin America, with exposure to Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and/or the Caribbean Islands. Strong understanding of power markets, regulatory frameworks, utilities, independent power producers (IPPs), and industrial energy consumers across the assigned region, with proven experience identifying, developing, and advancing energy infrastructure opportunities from concept through commercial structuring. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate project bankability, stakeholder interests, and key business drivers, combined with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to creating opportunities from the ground up.
