Job Description Application Engineer / Service Supervisor / Lead Service Technician is required to join an established industrial engineering business providing specialist equipment, maintenance and technical service solutions across a range of industrial applications. The successful Application Engineer / Service Supervisor / S Lead Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, supporting service activities and providing engineering assistance to customers and internal teams. This Application Engineer / Service Supervisor / Lead Service Technician opportunity for an experienced service engineer or technician looking to take on greater technical responsibility within a predominantly site-based position, combining equipment troubleshooting, technical support and service coordination. Package $90,000-$100,000 base salary Comprehensive benefits package Predominantly site-based with limited travel Long-term career development opportunities Ongoing technical and product training Application Engineer / Service Supervisor / Lead Service Technician Role Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for industrial air compressors and associated equipment. Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical and control system faults, advising technicians on corrective actions. Review completed service work, assess technical issues and approve repairs or further action. Investigate equipment failures, review warranty-related issues and recommend solutions. Support equipment commissioning, start-ups and technical testing when required. Coordinate service activities, provide technical guidance and support customers and service teams. Application Engineer / Service Supervisor / Lead Service Technician Requirements Experience servicing, maintaining or troubleshooting industrial air compressors. Strong mechanical, electrical and control systems knowledge. Background as a Compressor Technician, Service Engineer or similar. Ability to diagnose technical faults and provide effective solutions. Experience with commissioning, technical support or service coordination is advantageous. Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite in the Baltimore area.
