What You'll Do Develop and execute category growth strategies that expand revenue, profitability, and market share within the Components portfolio. Build trusted relationships with key partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial business outcomes. Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise infrastructure components, including storage, memory, processors, and related technologies. Analyze market trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and business performance data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy. Collaborate closely with sales, vendor business managers, marketing, operations, and account teams to execute growth plans and maximize partner engagement. Maintain a disciplined sales process, including CRM management, opportunity tracking, account planning, and pipeline development. Conduct customer-facing meetings and business reviews, traveling regularly to strengthen relationships and advance strategic opportunities. Drive adoption and utilization of Ingram Micro's Xvantage platform to create additional value for partners and vendors. Communicate effectively through complex allocation, supply, and fulfillment challenges while maintaining exceptional customer experiences and partner trust. Required Qualifications 4-6 + years of business development, account executive, outside sales, account management, or related consultative sales experience. Proven track record of developing customer relationships and driving sales growth. Experience managing opportunities, pipelines, business plans, or strategic account initiatives. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
