This role supports cloud, hybrid, and on prem collaboration architectures and requires advanced expertise in SIP, SBC technologies, and multi tenant voice integrations. This role will be 100% remote working Monday through Friday during typical daytime business hours within the Alaska Time Zone Key Responsibilities Configure and support Webex Wholesale/Partner-hosted environments, including tenant onboarding, provisioning workflows, and Control Hub configuration. Architect and implement dial plans, call flows, PSTN/SIP integrations, and routing logic for multi tenant environments.
