About the Role: As a CBRE Business Development Director, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing local and regional business marketing and development strategies. This job is part of the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients. What You'll Do: Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
