Are you a hands-on IT leader with experience in manufacturing, preferably aerospace? We're looking for an IT Helpdesk Manager (Hybrid) to lead a team of Level I-III specialists supporting global IT and manufacturing operations. This role is critical in driving technology-driven process improvements while ensuring 24/7 operational support alongside your team. What You'll Do: Lead and mentor a team of helpdesk specialists ( 70% hands-on, 30% leadership). Oversee multi-site IT support (9 CA sites + 2 international) and coordinate on-call rotations. Manage IT service management, ticketing, and SLA processes. Support manufacturing ERP/MRP systems (Epicor preferred) and other business applications. Collaborate with global IT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to implement technology solutions. Plan and execute IT projects, system implementations, and continuous process improvements. Must-Have Skills & Experience: 3-5 years in IT leadership roles managing multi-level helpdesk teams. 3+ years in a manufacturing environment (aerospace strongly preferred). 2+ years supporting ERP/MRP systems in production settings. Strong technical knowledge: Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, cloud environments (AWS/GovCloud), Citrix, SQL, VPN, GPO, DHCP/DNS. Experience with IT service management, ticketing, SLA enforcement, and disaster recovery. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
