Job Description Job Description CMM Programmer - 1st Shift $35-$45/hr Phoenix, AZ Aerospace & Precision Machining $35-$45/hr Direct Hire 1st Shift We're hiring an experienced CMM Programmer for an established aerospace precision machining company with an excellent work environment! This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated programmer who can independently create and troubleshoot CMM programs for complex, tight-tolerance aerospace components. Work Schedule Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM ️ What You'll Do Independently develop, validate, and optimize CMM inspection programs using PC-DMIS or CMM Manager . Perform offline and CAD-based programming for precision aerospace components. Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T requirements. Support First Article Inspections (FAI), dimensional inspection, and quality documentation. Troubleshoot CMM programs and continuously improve inspection accuracy and efficiency. What We're Looking For 5+ years of CMM programming experience . Strong independent programming skills using PC-DMIS or CMM Manager . Offline CMM programming experience required. Advanced GD&T knowledge and blueprint interpretation. Aerospace or precision machining experience preferred. Self-starter with an action-oriented, continuous improvement mindset.
