Connect different systems under one roof by integrating third-party equipment using BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and other industry protocols. Keep projects moving by working closely with PMs, Engineers, and field teams to solve problems and stay on track. Make sure it all works as intended through design reviews, commissioning meetings, and peer reviews that validate system performance. What We Are Looking For: 2 to 5 years of BAS programming experience or an associate's or bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field. Experience with commercial building automation, HVAC controls, or a related environment is ideal. A strong technical problem-solving mindset with the ability to dig into an issue, think critically, and find a path forward when something isn't working as expected. Ability to take ownership of your work while staying organized across multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. You'll have support from the broader project team, but should be comfortable managing your own deliverables. Opportunity begins with dialogue.
