Job Description Quality Analyst Phoenix, AZ/ Charlotte, NC Key Responsibilities - Contributes to design, development, troubleshooting, debugging, evaluating, modifying, deploying, and documenting software and systems that meet the needs of customer-facing applications, business applications, and/or internal end user applications - Function as an active member of the OLOB tech team by contributing to SIT builds through consistent development practices (tools, common components, and documentation) - Focus on coding best practices and automated testing - Debug basic software components and identify code defects for remediation - Defines test conditions based on the requirements and specifications provided. Takes part in reviews of own work and handles work efficiently Skills & Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in process and data testing including APIs - Excellent data analytical skills and SQL query skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good to Have - Experience writing adaptive and responsive dashboarding applications - Experience in technical project management - Experience with TDD, BDD and unit testing - Working in an Agile or SAFe development environment is a plus
